Return & Refund Policy
At Paint Me Like, every kit is custom-made just for you — from the printed canvas to the hand-selected paints. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If there’s an issue with your order — like a missing item, damaged canvas, or a color mismatch — we’re here to make it right.
Satisfaction Guarantee
• If you’re unhappy with the quality of your kit, please reach out to us within 72 hours of delivery with a clear description and a photo of the issue (email us at info@paintmelike.co)
• We’ll gladly send you a free replacement if you received a damaged order to ensure you’re thrilled with your experience.
We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances, but we’ll always go the extra mile to make sure you love your custom artwork.
Cancellation Policy
We begin working on your kit shortly after the order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to guarantee cancellations. If you contact us within 24 hours after placing the order, we will do our best to accommodate your request only if the order was not yet processed, but we cannot guarantee a full refund once production has begun.
Late Shipment Policy
We aim to have your order delivered to your door within 21 business days of processing your purchase. Occasionally, shipping issues out of our control will cause delays past 21 business days. In the event an order takes longer than 21 business days to reach your doorstep, we ask that you grant us a grace period of 48 hours. If the shipment still hasn’t arrived after that time, please contact our customer service team and we’ll assist you in tracking your order. Our orders are processed at 12 p.m. CST every day. So any orders placed after 12 p.m. CST will not be processed until the following day.
