Return & Refund Policy

At Paint Me Like, every kit is custom-made just for you — from the printed canvas to the hand-selected paints. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If there’s an issue with your order — like a missing item, damaged canvas, or a color mismatch — we’re here to make it right.

Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you’re unhappy with the quality of your kit, please reach out to us within 72 hours of delivery with a clear description and a photo of the issue (email us at info@paintmelike.co)

• We’ll gladly send you a free replacement kit to ensure you’re thrilled with your experience.

We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances, but we’ll always go the extra mile to make sure you love your custom artwork.

 

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, the order will be processed, and cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

 

Late Shipment Policy

We aim to have your order delivered to your door within 20 business days of processing your purchase. Occasionally, shipping issues out of our control will cause delays past 20 business days. In the event an order takes longer than 20 business days to reach your doorstep we ask you grant us a grace period of 48 hours. If the shipment has still not arrived in 48 hours we will give you a full refund and you can keep your order free of cost. Our orders are processed at 12 p.m. CST everyday. So any orders placed after 12 p.m. CST will not be processed until the following day.
